Background: I am a Florida State student majoring in Psychology. I have been caring for kids for as long as I can remember, starting with family and family friends. I have babysat children as young as 5 weeks old and up to 18 years old. In eighth grade, I began volunteering at Shake-A-Leg Miami, an inclusive summer camp that I attended when I was younger. There, I mentored all age groups and ensured their safety during camp activities. I eventually became a staff member, working with adults during the school year and taking children out on the water during the weekends. I have experience working with various disabilities, both physical and mental. I’ve helped transfer wheelchair-bound children onto kayaks and de-escalated outbursts from children. I love working with kids because I learn so much from each of them, and I get to create bonds that they will carry with them forever. I can't wait to meet all the amazing families!

Future plans: I plan to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and hopefully be able to get my PhD in Psychology as well. I want to become a child life specialist and help those children who are going through rough times in the hospitals and make them feel more at peace when they are going through treatments.
When she's not babysitting: I like to go to the gym, hang out with my friends, be in nature, and cook.
